{Where to start?? This is a family firm, with old style values and standards of service. They remember who you are when you make a telephone call, they provide friendly sympathetic advice with no hard sell, and recommend the product that best suits your needs. When their fitter came to our property, he worked, swiftly and cleanly, and carried out additional safety checks beyond that, for which he came. On subsequent visits to replace an oven, and later a dishwasher, the fitter on both occasions, worked cleanly, efficiently, removed all the packaging and the old equipment, and left no trace of their visit! Professional and customer focussed in every way. You can tell they are good - they wear smart clean uniforms, and have clean vans, outside and inside - I peeped !! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power Point to you - we will definitely be using them again, when another of our domestic appliances fails!!{

He asked me to send him some pictures of information inside the fridge, because it is fitted in a unit, so needed to check dimensions; within 15 mins he called back to say he could put me in touch with a business contact where they had checked to see what was in stock that would fit, I called them and a new one is arriving tomorrow at a very good price! Paul visited the next day and all sorted!! I asked him if Power Point would also have a look at my oven door seal which had snapped in March. I have been waiting for a large Gloucester electrical store to reply to my emails about the snapped door seal since March but they did not respond in 4 months. Paul said he would order a new oven door seal that had snapped and I could easily fit it. It arrived within a couple of days and 10 seconds later it was on. However the oven, unknown to me at the time, needed a new thermostat as well. Not only did Ben reply to my phone call out of hours, Brad was round and had sorted it all out in 2 working days! Hurrah for Power Point! Your excellent customer contact, efficient and reasonable home visit charges make you Number 1 for kitchen repairs and customer service!!
